Westbury Estates Personal Home Care Facility in Southlands is approximately 2300m2 (25,000sf) 3-story structure. The Facility consists of 90 Units of varying sizes along with common shares spaces for offices, a coffee shop, a multi-purpose area and building maintenance spaces.

The Structural system consists of cast-in-place concrete sub-structure with a combined conventional steel and wood stud wall with a Hambro floor superstructure. The roof structure consisted of wood roof trusses with plywood sheathing. Additionally, steel beams and columns were used for the structure of the canopy and other miscellaneous framing.

Scope of Services
DBA was responsible for design of the sub-structural and super-structure, as part of a Design-Bid-Build tender. DBA also assisted with Contract Administration during construction.
