The Rooms is a cultural facility located in St. John's. The multi-use facility opened in 2005 and houses the Art Gallery of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Provincial Archives of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Provincial Museum of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The facility was constructed to overlook the St. John's harbor, at an historic location once occupied by Fort Townshend. The building can be seen from almost any point in St. John's.

Scope of Services
DBA (formerly David Burt and Associates) was responsible for the design and coordination of the structural steel for this Design-Bid-Build project.

DBA also played an important role in the Contract Administration of the project.
